PAYMENT:
• PREPAID / C.O.D.
• Net 30 Days — Approved accounts only (minimum billing $50.00).
• Ronco reserves the right to halt shipments to past-due accounts until those accounts are made current.
FREIGHT:
• All shipments are F.O.B. Tustin, California, unless otherwise noted.
• Drop shipments or special ordered items may incur extra freight charges.
• Ronco is not responsible for shipping damages — those claims must be made directly to the carrier.
RETURNS:
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
• All claims must be made within 7 business days of the invoice date.
• No returns accepted on fabricated or custom orders.
MISCELLANEOUS:
• A $30 service charge applies for any returned check.
• A service charge of 1½% per month (18% per year) will be assessed on overdue accounts.
• All back orders are shipped and billed separately unless cancelled within 5 days of the original invoice.
• All prices, discounts, and freight allowances are subject to change without notice.
