Limited Warranty – Ronco Plastics
Ronco Plastics, Inc. (“Ronco”) warrants to the purchaser of the product and related parts (the “Unit”) that Ronco will repair or replace the Unit and related parts if a failure occurs under normal use and service due to a factory defect in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will occur at the original place of sale within the applicable period. The warranty on the replacement will cover only the remaining original warranty period, but will be extended if the Unit is out of use for more than seven (7) days after a claim is reported.
Coverage

If the Unit or factory-supplied parts fail within one (1) year from the date of sale, Ronco will repair or replace the Unit or parts.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

Defects from improper installation, use, or maintenance not in accordance with instructions

Failures from abuse, accident, or negligence

Units or parts not installed in the United States or not meeting local codes and trade practices
Consequential Damage
Ronco is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or other indirect damages to the extent allowed by law. Loss of use or inconvenience is also excluded.
Service Labor
Ronco does not cover labor costs for service, removal, or reinstallation. Those expenses are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Shipping Costs
If a warranty failure occurs, Ronco will pay for transportation of the replacement to a convenient delivery point near the original delivery address. Local delivery costs, including return shipping, are the purchaser’s responsibility.
How to Make a Claim
Claims should be made through the place of purchase.
Miscellaneous

No one may make additional warranties on Ronco’s behalf.

Implied warranties (e.g., merchantability or fitness) do not extend beyond one year from the date of sale.

Ronco’s sole warranty is that goods will be of merchantable quality; all risks from use—alone or with other products—are assumed by the buyer.
