We reserve the right to halt any and all shipments to past due accounts until such accounts are made current.
FREIGHT:
All shipments F.O.B. Tustin, California — unless otherwise noted.
Drop shipments or special ordered items may incur additional freight charges.
We are not responsible for shipping damages — claims should be made to the carrier.
RETURNS:
No returns without prior authorization.
All claims must be made within 7 business days of invoice date.
Absolutely no returns accepted on fabricated or custom orders.
MISCELLANEOUS:
A service charge of $30.00 will be assessed for any check returned by your bank for any reason.
A service charge on overdue accounts will be assessed at the rate of 1 1/2% per month — equivalent to 18% per year.
All back orders are shipped and billed separately unless cancelled within 5 days of original invoice.
